...one of the Avatars told me that what had happened to Nathan was going to happen to her, and that it was too late to prevent it by helping her indulge. They also said that it would be... worse, for the group as a whole, if that happened twice - that the first time, it had "burned" some of the indulgence we'd accumulated so far.
