[ give it ah... ten minutes or so! and eventually, there is a knock at the door as an unofficial third roommate drops in! once the door's opened it's gu yun, who is dressed unlike the rest of you, hair pulled up into a ponytail, liuli glass perched on his nose. he's got a couple of stacked to go boxes in his arms, with a collection of cups stacked on top.
he comes to set them down at the table! there's a smaller one full of fruit that he nudges over in molly's direction - the rest is more standard breakfast fare, though it seems there's a couple containers worth of congee, too. ]
My turn to ask for the cost and tips?

I went to the simulation room and... tried to make it show me answers about what's going on with this place. I wasn't sure if it would work, but it worked a little too well - my surroundings changed, and... I started changing, too. [she glances at yuri.] I heard strange noises - kind of like the skittering of claws, and... purring? And the lights went out.
When they came back on, there was a burn on my neck and my head was bleeding a little. I haven't healed it because, well... last time we found something, we couldn't take it out of where we found it. It doesn't really hurt that much, so it might be good to leave it be in case we find something else later that it might be useful to compare to.

I had a look in the life support room. There was some weird stuff in there but nothing quite like what happened in the simulation room.
... I did ask Wrath what happens to the bodies though, of the dead. Not sure I like the answer much, but I still have to run it past or two more of them and see if the answer is consistent though.
