I went to the simulation room and... tried to make it show me answers about what's going on with this place. I wasn't sure if it would work, but it worked a little too well - my surroundings changed, and... I started changing, too. [she glances at yuri.] I heard strange noises - kind of like the skittering of claws, and... purring? And the lights went out.

When they came back on, there was a burn on my neck and my head was bleeding a little. I haven't healed it because, well... last time we found something, we couldn't take it out of where we found it. It doesn't really hurt that much, so it might be good to leave it be in case we find something else later that it might be useful to compare to.

Also, I want to ask the Avatars about it, and it's probably better to have something to show them than to rely on my memory in case I misremember it.

I had a look in the life support room. There was some weird stuff in there but nothing quite like what happened in the simulation room.

... I did ask Wrath what happens to the bodies though, of the dead. Not sure I like the answer much, but I still have to run it past or two more of them and see if the answer is consistent though.

The Avatar's bodies are . . . transformed in certain ways. Envy's eyes, Pride's claws and such. Maybe it was trying to tell you about that.

I thought it might be something like that - what changed on me matched up with some of what I've seen, but the specifics aren't really mine to tell. If that's the case, I'm even more worried about them than I was before.

There is nothing normal about eating souls, I think we might just be trained to expect the literal worst from Gluttony at any given moment. [ is this being nice? probably, to gluttony. ] I haven't even really found something they're actually bad at, which is incredibly frustrating.

[ yuri doesn't seem too surprised by the new mark on sqx's hand, so he'll just... go and have a look through the drinks. tea. he could go for a tea right now. ]
