It hasn't really come up... I know a few people who have, but I'm not sure how many people have gotten a second thing. I think anyone who hasn't gotten something probably doesn't know they could have, so they wouldn't know to bring it up.

Anyone who hasn't gotten one at all isn't indulging enough. They won't get their wish.

So, just keep track of whenever you get something else based on when you know other people did. It's the only way to tell how well you're doing.

It might not be impossible the less-murderous way, but it would be a lot harder. Especially when everyone else gets more and more ahead.
